Thrive Movement Studio is proud to partner with The Motherhood Project; Prenatal and Postnatal Wellness services that cater specifically to pregnancy, postpartum and beyond

The Motherhood Project offers holistic support to mothers through fitness, yoga, education, community events and various other support services. In addition to a safe and appropriate approach to prenatal and postpartum physical movement, The Motherhood Project places a strong emphasis and priority on perinatal mental health.
