All you need is:

Access to ZOOM.  If you are using a mobile device, be sure to download the FREE Zoom app first!

Sign-up for the class in the MINDBODY app, just search ’Thrive Movement Studio’.

Check your email, and be sure to check your junk mail too.  You’ll receive an email from FitGrid 1 hour before the class with your access link.  You’ll need this link to attend the class.

If you are new, you’ll need to fill out a PARQ form and liability waiver, we’ll make sure to email that over to you.  Be sure to let us know if you have any medical concerns or issues so we can ensure you can participate safely!

For most classes, you’ll need a mat as well as weights.  We’ll be sure to let you know what you will need beforehand.

Wear fitness clothing and running shoes, and have water nearby!

Have fun, and be sure to listen to your body and take the modifications offered that are right to you, so you have the best workout possible!

Accountability
You sign-up for a set time and day each week and are expected to be there!

Regular assessments so you can be sure that you are improving in both your strength and cardio fitness levels.

A clean-eating meal plan including recipes and a grocery guide, a clean-eating meal plan including recipes and a grocery guide, that is emailed to you every week. We also include a weekly article on mindset, nutrition, fitness or something else that we feel is helpful and relevant to our clients in reaching their goals.

COST:
Online Training

  • $139 a month plus tax for 1 day a week
  • $239 a month plus tax for 2 days a week
  • $309 a month plus tax for 3 days a week.
  • Drop-in Fitness Classes:  $13 a class plus tax or $120 plus tax for 10 classes.
