Personal Training

Personal Training is a great option if you are new to fitness, are recovering from an injury or if you prefer 1-1 individual attention vs. being in a group setting.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • 1-1 individual attention from a Certified Personal Trainer

  • Completely private training space. You will never have to share your space with another client or trainer

  • Each session is 60 minutes, designed uniquely for you to work on your goals and see progression

  • Each session includes a warm-up and a cooldown

  • A weekly clean-eating meal plan designed to help you keep your nutrition on track

HOW TO START:

  • We like to ensure our clients have the best fit with their trainer, to build a long-lasting relationship and so they see results. 

    Please email us at info@thrivemovementstudio.ca to let us know about you and what you are looking for. We will do our best to match you with the best trainer for you, based on our availability. 

     

INVESTMENT:

$90 plus tax per 1hr session.
We bill on a monthly basis, payable by credit card.
